CHICO
I really love painting pet portraits. Meet Chico. Chico was a little boy that was near and dear to my heart. He belonged to one of my best friends but became very ill. He has since crossed over the Rainbow Bridge to join his other canine pals. We truly miss our Chico.
DESIGNER DOG
I took the opportunity to play with doodle images and patterns on a black and white background. I painted the paper with grey and black paint and then embellished with doodle art. I have done a few of this style art and having lots of fun with it.

SKIPPY
Skippy was a sort of spur of the moment pastel painting. A good
friend of mine saw the photo of this dog in a magazine and
suggested that I should try to paint it. Interestingly enough, I get
more comments about this little dog's painting that almost anything
that I have posted. Surprise, surprise. Be he is so Ccute!!

ROMANTIC SAXOPHONE
Romantic Saxophone was a piece done for a gallery exhibit in time for February, Valentine's month. I have always felt that the solo saxophone provided such lovely romantic mood music that I wanted to provide that feeling through this piece. The pieces of music were added as collage images to finalize the painting.

PARK BENCH SERIES #1
Series painting is my new interest. For this Park Bench series of
five paintings, I selected different scenes of park benches in
different locations. This was my first painting of the series.
