Painting in several different media in a small bedroom can be chaotic.

I find myself looking for misplaced items all of the time because once I begin a painting, everything I want to use comes out on to the table. That's the easy part. The hard part is that once that painting is finished and I plan to use a different medium, I like to put all of the supplies that I used for the last painting away to make room for all of the supplies that I plan to use for the next painting.
Easier said than done, and if I am working on more than one painting using different media - well - you can see my dilemma. I have supplies tucked away in closets, under beds, in boxes, in drawers - well, you name it and I probably have something stashed away in that space.
The next issue is when guests arrive. Even the painting that is in progress gets stashed away so that the guest room then looks more like a guest room. I have yet to find an easier way but I must say, I am getting better at making the switches faster and although not exactly seamless, I don't think I am misplacing supplies as much as I used to.
Wish me luck!!
